Host a GCW Story Spiral:

• Bless your home, your friends/family and the world with women's Truth and Wisdom! We're now scheduling events in the Boulder/Denver area for the 2008 calendar and we want to hear from you. More than this, you can also incorporate the Story Spiral format into any wedding shower, blessingway, moon ceremony, birthday, or more. Celebrate both the universal and unique expressions of our gender while you celebrate your own occassion or help a dear friend/family member celebrate theirs. It's an event you won't soon forget.
  

Help Build the GCW Community in Your Area :

• Do you want to help weave this tapestry across the globe? Do you want to host a Story Spiral or gather women's wisdom/stories but live in an area so-far uncharted by the GCW? No worries! Just send us an email and we'll get you started.
  

Financial Support:
Projects to be funded this year:

• Website enhancements: We've launched a preliminary site to describe this project and weave an even more robust community, but she's only partially 'live'. In the next release we will launch an interactive piece so you can listen to women's stories and watch them as they tell them! Also, we will place women's stories in geographic and life-cycle categories so you can easily access the stories that most interest you...though, of course, we'd encourage you to read them all. Your generous contribution of $100 will enable each of these website projects to begin their development!
  
  
• The GCW Documentary Film: We are producing a 13 minute film celebrating the many expressions of women's wisdom around the globe. We don't have to tell you, film is a powerful and expensive medium! Your donation of $200 will bring this project to life.
  
  
• Sponsor the GCW's domestic & international WalkAbouts: It takes quite a bit to organize a trip, even domestically. Within our own country there are many important populations whose voices and stories need to be heard. Then of course there is the rest of the globe. Each trip requires a story gatherer, an assistant and a videographer. Thanks to an incredible and talented volunteer list we've got the story gatherers, the assistants and the videographers. Now we need the money! You can sponsor an entire trip or any portion of any trip that is scheduled. Or you can even ask for a certain trip to take place, even if you're not able to go yourself! If you're moved by a certain population, say immigrant women from Mexico, you can sponsor a story gathering experience that is specifically designed to sit with women who have courageously crossed the border and established lives here. You name it we'll do it. Your donation of $100 will go a long way in bringing these beautiful stories out into the world.
  

Other Very Powerful Ways to Help Weave this Global Culture of Women:

• Host a Story-Spiral in your home and both weave the global culture of women and raise money at the same time. Make sure to visit the 'Testimonials' page and read the thoughts of the growing number of women who have already experienced a GCW Story Spiral.
  
  
• Help spread the word and raise funds for the Project by organizing/hosting an exciting event in your town. We can provide the inspirational stories of women from all over the globe and you can organize a silent auction, an art opening, a delicious intimate dinner, whatever you're moved to contribute will work wonders for the health and vitality of a world-wide voice of women!
  
  
• Contribute your professional expertise: if youíre savvy to the publishing industry help us publish our magazine. If youíre a lawyer, help keep us legal and above board by contributing a few hours of your wisdom. Weíre a young and unique organization which believes that women and men everywhere, everyday people, have the power, vision, intelligence, financial strength and fearlessness to build a global culture of women 'off the grid' of normal business and non-profit avenues.
